A Field-to-Table Experience

We don’t just help you harvest—we help you enjoy every bite.

Your guide will walk you through the entire process, from the field to the freezer:

  • Ethical, high-success harvest with expert support
  • Immediate field dressing and cooling
  • Butchering and packaging to your preferences (roasts, steaks, ground, etc.)
  • Optional vacuum-sealing and freezing for easy transport home
  • A celebratory bison dinner at the lodge, featuring meat from your harvest

You’ll leave not only with a trophy photo, but with a freezer full of clean, sustainable, humanely harvested meat.
