DO YOU NEED A LICENSE FOR SHEEP RAM HUNTING IN NEBRASKA?

Sheep ram hunts at ReWild Ranch do not require a Nebraska Game and Parks hunting permit, as these are exotic species managed on private land. All you need is a valid hunter education certificate (if applicable in your home state) and your enthusiasm.

We handle all the logistics on our end — just show up ready to hunt. If you have questions about what to bring or how to prepare, give us a call at (402) 200-8473 and we'll walk you through everything.

High Success, Stress-Free Hunts

At ReWild Ranch, we're proud to offer fully guided sheep ram hunts with an extremely high success rate. Hunts typically last two days and three nights, all-inclusive of lodging and meals. From the moment you arrive, our guides take care of every detail so you can focus on the experience — not the logistics.

  • Success with Support: We guide you every step of the way, from glassing ridgelines to setting up the perfect stalk.
  • Professional Care: After the harvest, your ram is caped, field dressed, and stored in our walk-in coolers.
  • Guest-Friendly: Non-hunting companions are always welcome. For just $150 per day, they can enjoy comfortable lodging, hearty meals, and even join you in the field.

SHEEP RAM MEAT & TROPHY CARE

Our facility is equipped with modern walk-in coolers and freezers to ensure that your game and meat remain in excellent condition until your departure.

What to Bring

  • Coolers: For a sheep ram hunt, plan on bringing one large cooler — rams are smaller than elk so you won't need as much space.
  • Head & Hide: If you're taking the head and cape for a mount, bring one additional cooler or a large garbage bag and salt for the cape.
  • Truck Freezer Option: Many hunters opt to bring a full-size freezer in the bed of their pickup truck, which works perfectly.

From Field to Table

One of the most rewarding parts of a sheep ram hunt at ReWild Ranch is sharing the harvest. During your stay, we proudly feature wild game in our Wild Harvest Dinner, paired with local flavors and served at the Copper Bison Bar. It's a chance to raise a glass and savor the experience with your family or hunting partners.
